When the predator came to the first house, he just huffed and blew and it blew the house down. The first chick scampered to his sister's house.

The wolf came to the second house and breathed heavily and puffed and it blew the house apart. The two chicks ran to their sister's house.

But when the predator came to the third house, he huffed and puffed but it wouldn't break. The babies were protected inside.

Finally, the predator was too exhausted to try any longer. He went away defeated.

The three chicks learned that it is important to be ready and to build a sturdy house. They lived happily ever after in their brick house.
